What happens when I make a donation?
When you make a donation, it is considered tax-deductible. Shortly after, you will receive an email from fostercatproductions@gmail.com in which we will provide you with relevant tax information. It is recommended you save this email in your records as proof of your donation.

Where is the theatre?
We do not have our own home yet. Every single show of ours is at a rental theatre which we picked based on the creative needs of any given show we are working on. Usually the amount of seats range from 40-99 depending on the scale of the show. If you are interested in helping us find our forever home, consider making a tax-deductible donation!
-
Where is parking? Is there parking? Parking!
Every theatre has a different situation, which will always be included in the ticketing page for the specific show. Most small theatres in Los Angeles require street parking. As such, we advise our guests to arrive 15 minutes before showtime.
-
Are my tickets refundable or exchangeable?
We will always work with our audience to reschedule a ticket for another performance if requested, permitting there is availability.
Refunds are available upon request so long as they are requested over 24 hours before showtime. We will still do our best to reschedule a ticket up to 3 hours before showtime. We cannot offer any refunds for missed performances, but may still offer the ability to reschedule if availability permits.
Day of exchanges must be made either at the box-office in person, or via email fostercatproductions@gmail.com.
-
Is there Late Seating?
Yes. Late seating might be handled differently at different shows. You might be brought to an empty seat by an usher, or you might be held in the lobby for a convenient time to enter. If you arrive and no one is outside anymore, you may enter and seat yourself.
-
Is your theatre ADA accessible?
We move theatres regularly, and will always include relevant accessibility information on the ticketing page for that specific show. We do our best to pick theatres that are entirely ADA accessible. Please reach out if you have a specific question regarding this issue.
